For children ages 4–7 and their caregivers
What if parents could learn the skills one week—and practice them together with their child the next?
This uniquely structured therapy group is designed to help parents and young children strengthen their relationship while building practical emotional and communication skills.
How It Works
Parent Weeks
Every other week, caregivers meet for a therapist-led, skills-based group focused on understanding emotions, strengthening communication, and responding to challenging behaviors with greater connection and confidence.
Parent + Child Weeks
On alternating weeks, parents and children attend together to put those skills into practice through therapist-led games, play, and interactive activities.
Together, We’ll Work On:
Strengthening the parent-child bond
Building connection and emotional attunement
Helping children identify and talk about feelings
Improving emotional regulation and coping skills
Supporting parents in responding to big emotions and challenging behaviors
Building healthier communication between parents and children
Learn It. Practice It. Connect.
Rather than simply teaching parents strategies to try at home, this group creates a space for families to practice those skills together with real-time therapist support.
