You’ve heard the phrase, children certainly do not come with an instruction manual, and even if they did, no two children are the same. From the moment your child is born, you are the first ever parent to that that child. Your experience is unique and your feelings are valid.
Parenting does not have to be exhausting or defeating. It can be about sharing experiences and understanding with your child. Together we can work through any challenges and learn to increase communication, minimize meltdowns and increase happiness and peace in your home.
My approach is brain based, which means we consider your individual child and their social, emotional and biological needs each step of the way. I fully recognize that a parent-child relationship is influenced by many external and internal factors and take these into account to create a plan that best serves each individual family.
